Chat Frame

Kay, so I'm running the default blizzard chat frames now, and just randomly they have decided that they don't want to have the tabs at the top of the window, and that they're gna move into a really awkward position, so now I have no way of unlocking them, or resizing!

I really don't want to have to delete my WTF folder, as that is going to be so much effort, I don't mind deleting smaller things, but I'm not sure where to look, any help appreciated D:!

Dont know if its stored local or on server.
But you could try to rename

WTF\Account\<ACCOUNTNAME>\<SERVER>\<CHARNAME>\chat-cache.txt

and see it this fixes your problem

Obvious question maybe but have you made sure that you haven't ticked the box "Lock Chat Settings" in Interface > Social?

you could also try
/resetchat

and it will reset the chatframes to their default position/channels/colors and everything. Also you might check to see if simple chat is on.

This ^^. Also check that "Simple Chat" is disabled as well.


/edit: Doh! Miralen already posted that. Though, I don't think that /resetchat is a default UI command.
