ERROR in the registration, page carbonite

Hello good morning, do not know if I can talk with you but I have a problem with the carbonite,
attempt to register on the site and will not let me always the page I was stuck in the second part.
attempt to contact the administrators of the carbonite and I can not find, I also donated $ 10 to get the carbonite and I have no solution to my problem.
The program can not download it asks me to register. Please help me get in touch with the administrators of the carbonite,

I'm fairly certain registration on their homepage has been removed since the support forums are here now. You can either click on the buttons in the top right of their homepage to download the latest version, or you can download it directly from this site.

The Sign Up and extension pages are disabled.

It says:
"The Sign Up process is obsolete and will be removed at a later date."

Our new website will not have those pages. Hopefully the new site will go live next week.

Carbonite Quest is dead.
Carbonite 3.0+ is the full version and it is free. The fact that it is free does not remove the need for donations, since the more donations we get, the more time we work on it, the more features and options we add.
