Myterious arrows, and some custumization questions.

Hellos!

So I've been using this ui for a while now, and its zemazingz, love it.
Just recently started custumizing it a little bit, and noticed two arrows suddenly popped up, and I really have no idea what they mean, what they do, or how to get rid of them.
It looks like this:

They are there all the time, and for what i can see they dont do anything.
Looking back at an "old" kill video I can see that there are some percetages (wich I have no clue what they mean, maby something to do with incomming healing???) beside them, but the arrows were pointing the other way at that time.
My guess is that I'm stupid and its some really easy thing that I have overlooked, but I really want to get rid of them since they arn't doing anything at all atm.

And while I'm here already I'll just ask three more questions.

1. Boss frame debuffs, I want them, no matter how many times I enable them they wont pop up. How you do.

2. Boss frames again, would like to increse the size of them

3. Is it possible to remove the range/threat thingymajiggy to the left of the target unitframe? I never look at it tbh, so might as well disable them.
