MSBT Custom Event Problem - Dispel Magic

hey guys, new here.

Wondering if someone can help me get a custom notification setup for my target Dispel Magic.

I have it like this but its not working.

Aura Application

Conditions:
Recipient Unit Affliction - Is Equal to - Target
Skill Name - is like - Dispel

but it's not firing at all. I also tried source unit to be target and still nothing.
