Unable to track Acheivements

I am unable to track any Achievements. I get "You dont have space to track anymore objectives, stop tracking some first." I have turned all addons I use off except an addon called Addon Control Panel ver. 3.1.0.17, nUI. nUI: Config (GUI) and nUI:diamondplatecon. Every toon I use nUI with has this problem. My main raiding toon does not use nui as of yet and does not have this problem.

This issue has been discussed at length many many many times. Do a search of the forums and you will find lots of info.
