Fubar "hangs" - Cant select anything in popus

I have a little problem with fubar.
Im using questFu, GuildFu and such addons where u get a menu and u get a hover effect + u can select stuff from the menu.

You know what i mean

But often. Fubar hangs.. i cant select anything in the popup menues and the hovering effect dissapeared. a /reloadui gets rid of the problem for a while.

Im using the latest build from wowace.. update all the addons with wowaceupdater before every log and this has been for quite a while.


Anyone know what can cause this? i can post a full addon listing if you want.

Yes, please post your addons too.
Have you tried updating dewdroplib? That is the library that handles the dropdown menus in fubar and other addons. May be that, not sure at all.

Umm i didnt even have devdroplib. Installed it now.

I think DewDropLib is build in in some FuBar addon now... not sure... anyway, get this addon too:

FuBarPlugin-2.0

and tell me if it works after that...

All libraries that are required for an addon to run are included with the addon when you download. The OP is using embedded libs and uses WAU. When running WAU, make sure that you update *with externals* or, if using the first option, "update all addons," that it says your default is with externals in the lower right of your WAU window. Then you will be sure to keep up-to-date libraries.

If out-of-date libraries is not your issue, then start the elimination process of addons to find which one is interfering. Get ACP or rMCP and turn things off until it works again.

ok a quick run tonight for about an hour after installing fubarplugin 2.0 and no hang ups yet.
Alltho it hangs random so i cant be sure it worked.

And yeah i allways update with externals or update installed addons.

Will post an update in a couple of hours of testing.
