I don't want to go though the trouble of configuring the addons.

my question is,

isn't there like zipped file of all the good to look at and use addons and mods that someone twiked and gathered. and it is profiled under his/her name.

cause to make something like this takes time and effort plus if someone invested so much , they can share it and make others life much easier.

Yeah there are a ton of compilations out there... by all means explore and experiment.

Yes, it takes some work to make sure everything plays nicely and to package to the pubic, but it's not as easy as you may think to "copy all my settings to you".

There's lot of factors that make just copying settings not work well. Lets say for example, that I run my game at 1024x768 @ 75Hz, while you run at 1260x1024 @ 60Hz. None of my settings would look right on your computer and vice-versa.
