X-Perl-like HoT counter for grid

I know there are HoT counters for grid, but what I am looking for is something that modifies the color of the hot count based on whether or not you have a hot on the target.

For instance:

Target has 2 regrowths, and a renew. You do not have a hot on this target.
The HoT counter reads as 3, but with its color being RED.

Target has 1 regrowth, and YOUR renew.
The HoT counter reads as 2, but its color is GREEN because you have a HoT on the target.

I found this easier to read if I had a hot on the target, rather than looking for my duration timer in X-perl.

Does anyone know if such a plug-in exists, or if I can do this with current plug-ins, or can someone write it?

Thanks in advance!!

Why not just set the hot counter in Grid to only count YOUR hots? That way, the hot counter doesn't even show up unless it's your hots on the target.
