Tooltip wont move!

Hello everyone! To give you a bit of a back ground ive been an ace2 user for 2 weeks and its been fantastic.

I started by using the All Deuce UI, which at first thought was great, until it started to crumble in errors and finally with 2.0.4, just simply made me crash as soon as i logged in.

So i remved all of it and rebuilt the UI with the main All deuce component from the ground up.

I have everything thats really good, like fubar, deuce commander and the like...

but right now my UI is great except 2 things. those 2 things are stuck in the middle of the screen.

The tooltip aaaand the quest log thing which i thing is from questsFu

Any of you guys know what may cause this?

The quesfu quest tracker can be moved but its kinda tricky......Left Click the space ABOVE the top quest (it looks like empty space but the mover IS there) If the bar is locked you can Alt-Rightclick to bring up the menu to unlock it.
