with the lastest patch i cannot get my mail i think i fixed most of the other problems this one i cant figure out if anyone can help plz?

I had this trouble as well. Removing the framexml folder solved it.

Blizzard added a mail font to 1.8.

Unzip the attached file to \Interface\FrameXML\

this may sound dumb but how do i remove the folder or unzip the file?

Download the file from his link there to your desktop. Then unzip the folder by double-clicking, making sure the destination folder is the interface/XML folder.
