bag issue

Hello, I run with all my bags open in my UI for easy access and use Bibmod as my main UI. Before the latest patch, once I opened my bags after logging in, they would stay open. Now since the 1.8 update they auto close anytime I open my map, get feared/MC'd, zone, and the main bag auto closes everytime I leave a vendor.

Does anyone now how I can fix this so my bags are just open ALL the time? Please help.
