Go into the advanced editing and delete the custom visibility. It should say something like [mod:ctrl]followedbyabunchofotherstuff

Hey there, our Ask Mr. Robot mod is live and doing really well (yay!). Anyway, we had a user today report a problem that conflicts with RealUI. We gave him the temporary solution you posted here: http://www.wowinterface.com/forums/s...193#post284193

You mentioned you would add an exception. I wanted to check to see if that was live (and this user just needs to update their RealUI version), or if you haven't had a chance to put it in.

Also, out of curiosity, what is causing the conflict? We're new to mod development, so I'd like to learn as much as I can when things like this pop up.

I shall update RealUI today with the fix. The problem is due to RealUI changing item tooltips (modifying how the strings in them are displayed), so any mod that tries to read from tooltips can get forked up.

Am I safe in assuming the addon is AskMrRobot.toc?

Actually, I think I'll just not edit tooltip strings in the first place. Too many possible conflicts.

I was just wondering if there was a way to remove the blue border around items in the bag that came with the update?

Also, is there a way to sort grid frames by party member numbers? I use the targeting party member 1-4 in the keybinding menu and it's always random. For instance, party member 1 would sometimes be at the bottom of a group instead of being second below yourself.

Thanks a lot in advance
Latest RealUI will have the bag issue fixed.
I didn't think Grid did sorting of any kind to party/raid members. At least I've never seen it do it. Perhaps someone more knowledgeable with healing and Grid could comment on this.

The mod is askmrrobot. There is an askmrrobot.toc file in the root directory if that's what you're looking for. (Sorry, I'm not our developer, but I can ask him to stop by if needed).

Thanks again

New: Large HuD option
  • Change HuD size via the /realui > Positions config panel
  • Increases the size of Unit Frames, Cast Bars and Class Resource tracking (Eclipse, Vengeance, Runes, etc)

Size comparison:

Let me know if there's any bugs with this new feature.

Screen shot of my quest log?

I can do that in the morning

Oh! the longest day is one of the pet battle achievements, I've been tracking that. I'll try stopping tracking that.

DXE updates are sporadic, author is overwhelmed. No plans to. Everyone has their own preference and can install whichever they like.

Hi Nib,
I've just updated to r18 and got this error in bugsack

And still having the issue that the tracker frame still track a couple of quests even if I untick them, when I relog or reload those quests are tracked again, think about that should be a conflict with PetTracker frame integration. Should it be?

Last minute EDIT: just thought that I was tracking the Glorious! achievement, I've unticked it and reloaded and both the issue with the quest still tracked and the error in bugsack seem to be resolved. I'll tell you something more if there'll be developments

The handling of which quests are tracked is on Blizzard's end. There was a bug a while ago which I thought Blizz fixed, but perhaps it's not totally fixed yet for some people.

I'll upload a bug fix for Watch Frame now.
