Here you go, it's a large BMP file but it's worth it if you want it.

Here's my current desktop. (Oh yeah - and <3 Dolby for the script that resizes large images. )

I've been too lazy to create a new Samurize config - I know it doesn't match.

The dragon on the start panel is animated - it flaps its wings and snaps it's jaws when you open the start panel, and then sits there kinda bouncing/breathing.

Here's my desktop. I hate clutter, and do everything possible to free up system resources.

I seem to be going through this thing where I like black and that cool electric blue color hehe.

Desktop wallpaper: http://k-raki.deviantart.com/art/The-Gaze-41423091

RocketDock: http://rocketdock.com/

StyleXP (eats less resources on my comp than Windowblinds): http://www.tgtsoft.com/

Short list for desktop icons (Deskview): http://jimcofer.com/personal/?p=208

(Near system clock)
CoreTemp: http://www.alcpu.com/CoreTemp/

Windows Task Manager (Neat HowTo so it always runs minimized at startup): http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windo...inimized-mode/

I think that's it

Much love for all you Linux users. Give openSUSE a try if you haven't already. It has a nice clean and usable interface (no tree menus), one-click install (love this after having to deal with repositories and rpms), and many other nice features.

Check it out. openSUSE 11 is coming very soon and the beta was just released.

Just a big fan here - even bigger fan of seeing gamers use Linux (including me...)

I think you would like Ubuntu better than Suse (I did). It'll hook up your sound, internet etcetera during install (easier to install than Windows and takes less time lol) http://www.ubuntu.com/

Last time I played with Linux on VMware I tried Ubuntu and I really did like it. My previous fav flavor was Mandrake.

It's how everyone should get help... if you can't find it, then ask for help.

That's a really odd comparison. Not sure if you've tried openSUSE since v9, but that last several versions have supplied GUI configs upon install (easy/easier than XP install) for sound, wireless detection, partitions, etc. So simple it's silly. Ubuntu also has a very strong installation process - but they are both imo similarly easy.

Don't forget - SUSE engineers developed the cube desktop (aka compiz/xgl) that you see on all other distributions and in some screenies on this thread. So, if you want the cool technology first - go SUSE.
