Login Server Busy?

I had the "disconnected" message, too. But only for a short time now back to server busy the whole time.

I keep reading about this dropdown with WoW1 or WoW2, am I supposed to have this? I don't have it on live nor do I have it in beta. I'm an EU player.

I'm also being slaughtered by the busy login raidboss by the way.

This is when you have PTR and BETA installed. Depending what was first for your account the PTR is WOW1 or WOW2. Same for beta.

To get that selectbox add

SET accountList "WoW1|!WoW2|"

to your config.wtf

It does not change anything though.

I think that the problem has sth. to do with the "Battle.net.dll"

The "Disconnected from Server" message is what you get for flooding the login server with login attempts. It lasts a few minutes to keep people from brute forcing passwords.

It's proof that the login server is checking our credentials, at least.

A friend of mine recently got a beta invite in the latest wave, not with a key but simply added to her account by Blizz. She has the same problem. So it's not limited to the keys.

Not so new...well I think it's just any kind of authentification issue. So probably all we can do is wait for a fix.

Basically either the authentification server is down or not working properly atm.
