"Casting Bars"

I love the "Countdown" casting bars for spells. I have a question, is there any way to add a custom one? For Example, I very seldom PvP, and when I toggle it off it is kind of annoying to NOT know how much time is left on the toggle. Is there any way to add a bar to count down the 5:00? Thanks in advance.

I'm not sure what add-on it is, as it is Tuesday, before servers are back up, once I am back on, I will find the add-on, then maybe that will help.

the bar mods are antagonist.... chronometer..... and i think ocd...... dont quote me on it though! lol
