Power Auras Classic - cc notify

Is there a way to design a notification that indicates my CC on another player has been dispelled, failed, or faded away?

e.g., I cast a 6 second Hammer of Justice on a Rogue, it is dispelled at the 2 second mark, and the powa notification is triggered.
