First moments in combat - threat ability misses

Howdy!

I'd like to know if someone knows the location of, or can whip up or tell me how to whip up an addon that will announce when, for example, my Shield Slam misses in the first ten seconds of entering combat. This so that monkey DPS will maybe, possibly, not die due to overaggro. Additional "taunt missed" messages would be icing on the cake.
