Spartan UI, Secondary Action bars not resonding via Keyboard

I loaded your new version of Spartan UI based upon your directions.

The only problem I'm having is Action Bar related.

Action bar 1 works as expected, press "1" thru "=" all work properly.

I have a third and fourth action bar assigned to:
"Ctrl" + "1" thru "="
and
"Alt" + "1" thru "="

and a fifth and sixth action bar assigned to:
"Shift" + "Ctrl" + "1" thru "="
and
"Shift" + "Alt" + "1" thru "="

If I hit "Ctrl" + "1" (for ex), the spell in Action bar 1, the "1" button / position executes.
Same occurs with
"Ctrl" + "1" thru "="
"Alt" + "1" thru "="
"Shift" + "Ctrl" + "1" thru "="
and
"Shift" + "Alt" + "1" thru "="

Any suggestions? Hoping someone else is having similar challenges.

Shift + b to open bags not working either. :(

Also, my Inventory Bags are not configured to all open by hitting just "b". They are configured to only all open when "Shift" + "b" is pressed.

Yet, they are all opening when just "b" is used.

Resolved

Somehow one of my addons messed up my key bindings on my Shaman.

My Warlock is perfectly fine:
Bags opening as expected, other action bar commants as well.

Shaman:
Unsure, but addressed.
I am confused however as to why "Shift" + "Ctrl" + "1" thru "=" will not be accepted for the key bindings (that and "Shift" + "Alt" + "1" thru "=").

Doesn't matter, 36 36 available commands are fine. The other 36 are not battle necessary.
