Actionbutton-swapping

Okay, i am on a simple Addon which creates Actionbars on the Screen - this part is easy, no question.

But know I will add this Addon the option to swap the Buttons with the change of stances e.g. Button1 in stance 1 has another action in stance 2 and so on...

But how is it possible?
