Using blizzards quest window

There used to be an option for using the blizzard default quest window (the carbonite one drives me bonkers). Does it still exist? If so where is it?

By default, you can open it by pressing ALT+L.

There's also an option in the menu to enable it to be the default again, look around Quest Watch.

Yep, Alt-L. L and Alt-L can be reversed on the Quest page of the Carb Options window. Right click map or Carb minimap button and select "Options...".
