Hide Action Bar/Slot When Not Ready

This particular application could be for all classes, but I originally sought to look for it for my warrior.

Is there currently any addons that hide the action bar/individual slot when not ready?

Something like Bongos so you can create a one slot bar, and then have that one slot not be visible unless the spell/item/ability in that particular slot is ready to be used (have enough rage to do so).

Anyone seen something like this?

So Bongos3 has moved over to Dominoes, and I see that it supports states with macro conditions.

I've searched the macro conditions you can use, and don't readily see an "if available" condition.

Could the [harm] work? Basically if the spell isn't ready, then [harm] evaluates to false since it can't use the ability?
