Chat with Player aliases

I need a simple chat addon to keep track of all the twinks of my guildmates (which are not in the guild). Just an addon which replaces:

[Twinkname]: Hello
by
[Twinkname - Main]: Hello

An interface to maintain all names would be nice, but is not absolutely necessary. Would be glad if such an addon would be possible!

If I do remember correctly (I don't use that feature myself), "Chatter" and "Prat" support that function.
