Guildwars Style Minimap

Ok, anyone who's played guild wars probably misses this, being able to draw on the minimap... Would it be possible to make a mod that mimics this behavior on wow?

Probably, but only you and other people using the mod could see what you're drawing. There are a couple of drawing mods out atm, one is artpad and I don't remember the other.
