Extra Action Button

In dragon soul and also in end time there are some extra bars and buttons. In keybindings it is labeled extra action button 1.

In end time there is a bar that appears with hourglasses on it.. in dragon soul there is apparently a button you use for heroic will and for deathwing there is one that shifts you into the dream.

The hourglass I do see but it is behind my minimap and I cannot see the button in dragon soul at all (I assume it is obscured by the map).

Is it in rdx to be able to manipulate these? Make my own versions of them? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I add the feature in Github.

There is a new feature in the editor : Bar ExtraAction

But you can't customize it for the moment.
