I think that Starcraft thingy is made with Eepanels...
And I dont thinkg its ag_UnitFrame but a look a like not sure though

I would toly go with Pitbull Unit Frames. Easier to customize.

It is ag_UnitFrames in that screenshot. Here's the thing with agUF vs. PitBull. Do you want to be able to have an easy time with your unit frames? ie, Have lots of layout choices, some options to tweak to your likings. Then you want ag_UF. Or... Do you want to have uber customizabilibility over your unit frames, being able to decide what goes where, how it looks, etc, etc, with tons of extra features? Then you want PitBull.

I use PitBull myself. And I have made custom layouts with agUF (it just requires you to do that at the code level).

Wow. That's a beautiful UI. I wish I did not suck at everything coding (other than HTML and BBCode) or I'd have some stuff like that.

i don't see how "coding" has anything to do with that UI.

it looks like all pretty much standard stuff to me, but with one nice (in some opinions) graphic panel added (done easily enough with eepanels).
