VehicleMenuBar - Suppress "Scrollup" Script?

I've noticed that CFM is having an issue (not sure if it's actually new or not) with trying to place the vehicle bar wherever the the user wants. The problem occurs is that it does position the bar correctly for about .2sec, but then WoW runs it's default "scroll up" animation, completely boning the user settings. Is there a way to suppress this action? I assume it's in a script, but not sure where. I'm already hooked into "OnShow" scripts, but it seems this happens after this script somewhere.
