Looking for help with bars

well I was cruising tank spot and I came across this ui

it almost looks like using bongos I sure as heck cant get dominos to do it, does anyone have any idea what mod it is hate having set number of buttons on bars.

I don't see any problem with Dominos and what you want to achieve really ...

I count 10 bars with 12 buttons on them, the standard setup in Dominos is even 10 bars and 12 buttons on each .. (Classbar not included obviously)

forgot about classbars thanks now the laborious task of redoing all the art I had for panels format hard drive ftw lol

I think they are using Dominos... Isn't that what the domino icon is for around the minimap? And yeah, those bars in the screenshot all have 12 buttons anyway.
