nUi and fubar

Okay, I have fubar's top frame on autohide. However, moving my mouse to the hud button causes fubar to show up, which causes the hud button to move. The only button up there I have this problem with is the hud button.

Would it be possible for either the hud button to be moved slightly down, or when hovering over the top frame, fubar's frame is also shown?
