Quest tracking not working

Hello,
l have just updated the addon to 4.011 today and l can no longer see the quests that l an doing/tracking on my map or mini map. I have made sure that the hide box is not checked in the quest watch section. I have turned all my other addons off and only logged on with the carbonite addon and l still can not see the quests on the Map or mini map.

i have been experiencing this bug for a long long time in carbonite (well over a year), it happens randomly (but rarely) and i always end up having to reset global and quest options in order to fix it, no option seems to do anything to fix it
