Its a mod called mobileframes mod ... was wondering if anyone has heard of it and knows where to download it at.

it's a REALLY old mod. I think once most people use MoveAnything, that mod is more or less dead. Unfortunately MoveAnything is not hosted here at WoWI.

Try... something like that yucky ui.worldofwar.net... curse is dead for days now...
