Adding a skin

How would someone change the skin from the default to a different skin say for instance default to Prototype skin?

Just download and install the skin as you would any other addon. Once you log into WoW, you will need to hit the addon button on the character select screen, and make sure that Prototype was the only skin checked off. That's all there is to it
