Loss of control?

Hi, am new here.

I was wondering if someone could make an addon for 4.3.4 that mimics the Loss of Control UI (I think it was) that was added by Blizzard in MoP? I'd like to see that in Cata, don't like other addons since that part of UI was the one I was amazed by.

If someone can, I would be so glad. If it's impossible to do it, it's fine, I'll just accept the truth.
