Better Tooltips needs love

I've been using Better Tooltips since just after it came out. It hasn't been updated since December 2012, and apparently that was the last time the author signed in to WoW Interface, according to his profile page. I really like what it does, and have a new suggestion for it. I don't suppose anyone will take it over, or show me something similar? I don't want to recreate the UI, I just want the things that it does.

The last time he was on (that toon) was March 20th. That, and Id feel awkward chasing someone down in game to bug them about an addon. I know, weird. Still.

I'm stoked you like the addon, and I apologize for not updating here on WoWInterface. I got sucked in to some stuf on... that other big addon site... and let WoWInterface slip off my radar.

I've updated the file to the latest version, and I'll be updating here on a regular basis (as new features or fixes are needed).
