Keybind Saver

I want a mod that has some kind of keybinding UI where I can hover over any ability/macro and bind that to a keybind and have it saved LOCALLY only. Or atleast have it have same exact functionality as Action Bar Saver except for keybindings. I want to play my rl friends rogue without fking up his keybindings.(since they are saved on server now)

Anyone?
