What is this addOn?? like a black faded backround?

its an image from a UI i found, and i want to know what addon makes a blackish faded on the edge backround, behind the action bar.. thanks

It's a panel mod (kgPanels, LitePanels, etc) set to use gradients. In this case it's like two panels that meet in the middle of the screen and the gradient is reverse from left to right. It's actually pretty simple to do.
