Im looking for this addon(or well, similar addon) as it shows on this pic:

Ive seen it on some screenshots of UIs and so on but I cant find the pics anymore so I cant ask the poster

You can see its cd's showing on the pic pretty clearly.

I do have glasses and cannot really make out what the cd's look like. From the screenshot you linked it could potentially be just spells on a hotbar.

I do see the still shot was grabbed from Youtube though. Would you mind linking the video it's from in case it may be clearer?
