This is not a bug in RealUI, it is due to a change in how Bartender handles charge cooldowns. A ticket for this has already been posted.

Bartender + OmniCC = no bug

Read the ticket. It happens when a Masque skin makes the buttons appear smaller than the default (this part is RealUI, specifically !Aurora_RealUI), and Bartender does not scale the cooldown swipe to compensate.

Bug with cooldown numbers was before 6.2.2 i don't care about spiral thing, check when i create first bug report...

I downloaded tullaCC which your code is based on and it works perfectly and I compared the older code module with the new one and found out they're different, which means you changed something that might've changed cooldowns' behaviour.
Numbers bugged only on skill which have more than 1 charge.

The cooldown spiral is the cause of the issue.

The cooldown count is positioned on the bottom left corner of the cooldown spiral. If the spiral is positioned wrong, the count will simply follow. The other count addons probably have it in the center, making the issue less noticeable, but that is not the case in RealUI.

I can't speak to what Nibelhiem might have done to the original tullaCC code (it's old and github doesn't go back that far), but any changes that I have made haven't had anything to do with positioning or behavior.

So again, this is happening due to a change in how Bartender is handling charge cooldowns.
