I need help with my UI

So I dled all the UI and I'm starting from scratch basically I dled a few new UI's from the last time. What I want to know is, what is this frame and how do I get rid of it?

Good question, would help alot if you listed all the addons you have installed. But a quick guess it that it's some combat log addon.

Might also want to pick a wide-screen aspect ratio in-game -- your map window is oval instead of round which is a big sign of 1024x768 or other "square" setting on a wide-screen monitor..

Hit ESC

choose VIDEO

on upper left corner use the pull down to find the "wide screen" setting that you like.

you will appreciate your buttons being square and map being round..

Ah thanks for the help it was my swstats but I never had that problem with it before. My setting was set to wide before, but it was reset when I wiped the folders. :P But thank you for reminding me I was thinking it looked a bit weird!

That window is still there. I tried. sws resetwin thinking that would help but it didn't work. Anything else I can try?
