KillShot Addon: Flash when life below 20%

I have been trying to find a KillShot addon.

Basically it is an addon that will put a message across the screen, or maybe show an image for the KillShot skill when a mob is below 20% life.

Anything out there like this already or can someone come up with something for me?

While I am certain there are many addons that can do this, I think Power Auras Classic may be one of the most versatile.
