A small suggestion
It would be pretty nice to have the site cookie your UI downloads so when WoW updates you have a clickable link in your control panel to prevent you from searching for all your updated UI/Mods.

That's why you can set up a favorites list.
There is a button on each mod that allows you to add it to your favorites. Then whenever one is updated, a flag will show up on the front page telling you that one of your favorites has been updated.
