Tooltip

When I cursor over my spells the tooltip is right there covering up my other spells, Is there a way I can set my tooltip to show up over to the side? I use Tiptac and so anything other than spells that I cursor over show up where I have it set to, just cant figure out how to get the tooltip when I cursor over my spells to. Any ideas?

As i said I have used the anchor position thing to get all of them to where I want, it just doesnt work for when I cursor over my spells for some reason. So your reply does not help me.
