Minor UI graphics issue

I would appreciate any assistance with the following graphics issue.

When I boot up game on my girlfriends com all is fine....UNTIL I go to check inbox or open up a bag and click on something. Random or replacement icons go everywhere and temporarily corrupt the game interface.

very frustrating.

i have latest grahics drivers etc, it is a new laptop and no other mods etc loaded...

any ideas anyone???
