More Patching Problems

This last patch (2.3.0.7561) I had a problem with the Blizzard downloader not working, so I went to FilePlanet and downloaded the patch file and put it in my WoW folder. It's there complete with the Updater along with all the other patch and updater files. But when I double-click on the Updater icon it just sits there with this message flashing: "Waiting for files to close...". Then after I hit cancel a box pops up with the message: "The patching process cannot continue until all files are closed.".

What files is it talking about? What do I need to do?
