Looking for Power Infusion mod

What I would like is a mod that would do these things (some is because I miss WC, some is new):

1. Prepare the target with a countdown. Send a series of tells to the target (if not self) "PI in 5", "...4", "...3", "...2", "...1", "Power Infusion" or something similar (if there is a way to count seconds I don't know). This way the target can ready themselves with their cooldowns or what not.
2. Cast PI.
3. Maybe have a whispercast type window appear when a player sends "PI" tell to list requests in order.
4. When asked "PI" in a tell would send a tell "PI is on cooldown 1:00 left, you are in the queue." or just "PI has been queued for you."

Then you can look at the names and target them, I know you can't click on them anymore. Thanks would appreciate this, seeing as how code illiterate I am!
