PvP Minimap Button not rendering

Hi,

The PvP minimap button is no longer rendering for me when I join a BG queue. I can reproduce the issue when Carbonite is the only add-on loaded.

Am I going crazy or is this a real issue?

The minimap buttons MiniMapLFGFrame and MiniMapBattlefieldFrame have been renamed/merged to QueueStatusMinimapButton.

If I do Find and Replace will that fix it?
