That's the default Blizz UI with a few addons. Those bars around him look alot like ArcHUD, and that at the bottom is Titan Panel. There are more addons in the video but I don't recognize them.

I'm kinda curious what mod it is that he's using for the 3D target frame (I think that's right... what ever is being used next to his chat box with the 3D target... ).

thats the 3d portrait option in Archud. which as stated above is also those rings that are around his avatar.

OK, thanks. Oh well... I already have a good HUD mod I'm happy with. Not going to change just for that option. Anyone know of any mods that can do the same thing?
