Addon to remove annoying red text i the center of the screen when spamming eg mangle

What is the addon called that removes the annoying red text in the center of the screen, telling your eg "ability isnt ready yet" when you spam mangle fx?

I had it once before but 3.0 wiped it out, and I cant remember the name. If that one doesnt work anymore, feel free to suggest another one
