Yes i have but i have it on simple HUD, just got the cooldown timer and the HUD i have is a little smaller then built in one but i have to configure the built in on and see what i can do with it.

I'd suggest you let Nui be Nui. If the HUD is too big for you, resize it by /nui hud scale [n]. But if you use other Huds, don't complain about stuff missing in your interface

Edit: The debuff-placing to the middle-left of the Hud fits perfectly as far as a quick overview is concerned.
