Moving to new zone causes Mini Map resize to small square

Greetings,

Each time I change a zone, the mini map resizes to a small square. So the first couple of time I right click on the mini map and select full size.
Then when I enter a new zone, the map again shrinks in size.

I have docks always, dock indoors, hide maximized set in the main options minimap module.

Is this a bug, or have I missed an option in the mini map portion of the main options panels?

Anyone else with this issue? I disabled my addons and tried again with the same result.
