Retrieving Order Hall commands status

Hello,

I would like to know if there is an API which allows me to see the status of Order Halls commands such as the AR, Ghouls or Ebon Ravager for the death knight. By providing the ID of the command it would tell me if it's done, on cooldown or currently producing.
